He had the base already in place when he arrived and even though we can argue over it, their squad is, man for man, the best in the league (I mean for example, how many of our squad are making their team?.. seriously?).
With that in mind, I'd say his 2 GF wins are pretty much a minimum.. Let's just say, if he had lost this final, I reckon many Saints fans would rightly be questioning his position... he's, unfortunately for him, in a no win position at Saints with regards to building up reputation as a top coach, as his side are undoubtedly a level above the rest.
