He is deceptively slow

I've seen faster slugs in my back garden.

I thought about Myler yesterday too - if we'd have had him in the team I could have seen us scoring an extra try at least from Ratchford's breaks.

Ratchford is a slippery runner, it's a shame he doesn't have a yard or two more pace, if he did he would be up there with the real elites. He makes a lot of good breaks but they come to nothing as he gets chased down. He does remind me a lot of Iestyn Harris, although without the long pass. I think the game has tightened up and its harder for a player like that to dominate now than back in the late 1990s.

Myler was an amazing support player, still is.

The problem is that he would offer less at half back than what we’ve had this season, which didn’t offer that much apart from efficient distribution. If myler was the right half back (and I know that’s not what Sally is suggesting) we wouldn’t have been a bit rubbish in 2014 and very rubbish in 2015.
