The problem is, it isn't the end of anything. It's just the continuation of a problem which has been brewing for a number of years now.
If the crowd (a stadium low for us in Super League) didn't give the dissatisfaction away, the response to that game should, but still those at the top will keep their heads in the sand. The complacency and arrogance is outstanding, it feels as though people both on the terraces and in the club feel we have a god-given right to be in Super League and win these games.
Full credit to Fax though, they weren't expecting to reach this stage and getting the top-four status was the payout they needed, so these seven games are essentially a bit of a run out. They made us look like the part timers and that just shouldn't happen in modern sport.
