Gidley and Sandow available next week, but do we want or need them?

In my opinion they haven't been really 'on' as a pair since game 7 and Gidley has underwhelmed me since then especially. We needed him in the last few big games (Challenge Cup and last week) and his game management and goal kicking let us down (his goal kicking has been an issue for me all year, but in fairness we have an issue with that across the board). Then we have Dec Patton who's game management and kicking tonight have been superb. I mostly rely on radio coverage and have only seen Sky games this year, but Patton has not put a foot wrong as far as I can see.

If I were TS I would play Sandow with Patton.

On Thursday we should play at 110mph. Just like Leeds did to us back in 2011.

At this stage of the competition the successful teams seem to be the ones that get away with bending the rules to the nth degree.

So you're saying it's a Wigan v Wigan final then?

Perm any two from Wigan ,Leeds or Saints.

Looks like Gidley is in for the semi, I would guess that means Patton misses out.
