I don't read anything in to that other than at least he knows full back, stand off and SH are areas that need drastic improvement.
In fact, I read it as him saying that he would ideally like to have better players in each of those positions but can't prise the good ones away so we are having to develop those we have.
O'Brien won't make the grade in my honest opinion. Maybe SL but not top 4.
