after losing the grand final and lacking tactics and now no briers this club has lost its leaders on the pitch and ratch is no stand off he is a fullback st tony never liked lee because he had flair and did not fit in with the 5 drives and kick mentality surely the club can sign a wold class stand off after the recent sponsorship deals and there must be room on the salary cap ? the club needs a lift it looks as if it is standing still and with slow season ticket sales the club need a boost to make the town start talking about the team again

I think the OP derserves a long sentence for that.....................

Our players will step up to the plate and new leaders will emerge. Ratchford is a quality player and will get better, O'Brien will get some much needed game time and their competition for the shirt should mean both of them will improve. As well as that I am really looking forward to seeing Matty Russell pull a wire shirt on. Tony Smith doesn't leave anything to chance and if he trusts the squad then we should too.
