Don't know much about the under 20's so a little bit of guessing. A bit lightweight/inexperienced on the bench but I reckon these guys (with an average age of 22) would beat most teams in SL and give the better ones a run for their money. Dads Army

In the later 1990s we truly did not have a youth policy. I can't recall the details but the CEO at the time, John Smith, had to cut finances drastically to keep the club afloat, and one of the things that went was any attempt at an 'A team' or other platform to develop youth. It has taken ten years since the milennium to turn this around, but now it is clearly bearing fruit.
