For me, hopefully seeing Warrington continue their progression in Super League and this year go all the way to the Grand Final and win it. Also, to see that I still have a team to support in North Wales and witness Rugby League continue to grow and grow in the area.

Looking forward to my first trip to Perpignan and visiting Saints and Salfords new ground.

Lastly, to see Wigan struggle without Maguire and get hammered home and away by Warrington and Catalans and the ground emptys after 60 minutes on all four occasions (this is very likely).

Wire were then knocked out on the play-offs in the semi final at home to the eventual champions, Dewsbury. The following season, Wire swept the board in the famous all-conquering 73/74 campaign.

I have a feeling Magic won't be at the start of the season again... Geordie Magic in May has a good ring to it! Although it will be bar brawl central up there!
