First game was 1975 cup final at wembley when we lost to the chemics. Started going regular the season after that with my dad & brother and have been a season ticket ever since. Now take my 15 year old son whos first season was the last at Wilderspool.
Its been a rollercoaster ride but I wouldnt have missed any of it for all the good, and bad, memories. Wire are the best club in the world & I tell my lad to enjoy what he is seeing at the moment - this is superb stuff compared to some of the sheeite I have watched over the last 30 odd years. Old Trafford & Wembley this year folks - enjoy the ride.
Got talked into it by some mates at school. My first game was V Leeds in 1986 when Sir Les played with a cast on his arm. I'm currently in my 22nd consecutive year as a season ticket holder.... on that note I've got a game to get too.....
In 1991 a mate asked if I fancied going to Australia on holiday the following year, I said yes and then found out we were going to watch Great Britain on Tour so though I'd better start watching to find out what it was about and what the rules where before I went to the other side of the world to watch it - been hooked ever since.
