Phoned the club shop this morning, same as Keighley game just hand your voucher in at the turnstiles.

Rang earlier this afternoon as was told it is advisable to swap the tickets beforehand and you won't be guarranteed to get your usual seat as that deadline to swap the voucher was last Friday (this is for the East stand).

If seating and you want YOUR seat...swap before hand (although I think you should have swapped by last weekend before they went on general sale). If standing or not bothered where you sit, hand in on turnstile.

We're in the south stand so it sounds like he can just hand his voucher in.
