And I believe 4 stadia are to be used in Moscow for 2018. Maybe FIFA have ditched the 'only 2 grounds in any one city rule', but so what if they have, it's their tournament, they can change the rules if they want.

I've been watching sky sports news today and some of the reports were the most embarrassing things i have ever watched. The whole 'we were robbed', 'it was rigged' is so pathetic it is untrue.
