I think Leeds will have a resurgence in 2012 too. but i think we have seen the wheels come off this year and next could be a tough one for them.
I think, like most Warrington fans, that hodgeson will add something into an area we have been lacking of late and as much as i hate to see Richie leave, he has been a great worker for the club. I think we will gain in attack and may cut out some silly mistakes.
I am looking forward to seeing how Huddersfield perform next year along with Bradford and Salford. Really is an interesting squad developing in the latter two.
Again, it is strong compared with previous years. Leeds the last 4 years has been 3 Grand finals and 3 wins. Along with winning or fighting up to the last week for top spot in the table since 2006. That is the average. Last year was no where near those standards. so I deem it as a bad season; maybe even a nightmare.
Huddersfield went from 9th to 5th to 10th and failed in play-offs. Then for two seasons they maintained some stability and got through the CC rounds and to the Semi of Play-offs in two seasons. This i would say is a strong showing from them. signs that they are on the up.
It is too soon to say whether Leeds are truly slipping but as I have said they look shaky. I do think Huddersfield might be on the upswing.
As I have said it is comparing Leeds with Leeds past and Huddersfield with Huddersfield past.
