can't wait for hodgson to sign now actually got a regular goal kicker which we are lacking. no offence but a fullback main priorities are to organise defensive line what mathers does well, able to catch bombs and run the ball as far back as possible and one on one tackling. mathers struggles to catch bombs (may be down to confidence) and against senior yesterday was awful.

I have been impressed with Mathers recent form.. but yesterday he may as well have put on a clowns outfit, walked round the pitch pulling silly faces and honking a big rubber horn.
