Hello all,
I am Parry's grandson and I would like to thank you all, on behalf of me and my family for your kind comments, it really is touching to read these, and we all find comfort in seeing just how many people the little man with the big heart reached out to in one way or another.
I am only 17 so I wasn't born when he was playing rugby, but I've heard countless, and in most cases, funny tales of his experiences during his time at Warrington.
I would like to tell you all that he did not suffer, his passing was over in a matter of seconds as he lay at rest in my arms with his family by his side.
Obviously, we are all devastated, and still in a state of shock, infact part of me still thinks he will come in and shout at me for not keeping my room tidy.
I am very greatful for all of your support during this shocking time.
I'm just glad he was able to see the wire win at wembley.
Thanks again,
Daryl and Family x
