Good signing for you guys if true? I wouldn't be surprised if it was for this season either, he's clearly upset a few people at the Eels this year. Despite his critics, and there have been many this season with several former legends stating he's got no future in the NRL, he's 7th on the Dally M rankings, so clearly playing well.

He's not the organising halfback you are probably craving, but he is a half back and would be a very dangerous prospect with the ball.

He's a little inconsistent for Para but he's proper good when he hits some form. Like Saddo said, not the general that we need but his style of play should really suit superleague. Also plays at fullback from time to time - strewth, how many players do we have now that you can say that about!?

Yes they do. But in the conversation from that tweet they clarify that the move to Saints would be to the end of the season as cover at fullback, before joining Warrington next season.

I can't see you having that if you've got cap room this season to be honest. Saints are clearly looking for a fullback, but the more sensible rumours have us in for Greg Eden (Currently playing really well for Brisbane's second grade team) or Lee Smith (I believe unemployed currently) the ex-Leeds fullback.

At his best he makes Chase look like a rank amateur, at his worst he makes Chase look organised and structured.

He's better than all our current halves put together. Saying that I'd want him as an immediate short term stop gap signing. Not a fan of such signings but needs must and we really need.

I said this awhile back, hoping we don't sign him, we need an organising back not a loose cannon.

1. Ratchford - because hes a full back more than anything else.
6. Sandow - stand off floating in and out of plays and playing off the cuff
7. Gidley - Captain and controlling the team round the park and taking no from Sandow.

would have preferred Cooper Cronk but the above is still better than anything else in this league.
