And that's before you had to swim through the crocodile pond with a heavy rucksack on your back and lead boots. If you get past that obstacle you then crawl through the mud under a 100 foot long net and try to avoid the landmines and snipers.

| Had the same issue renewing my season ticket - rang the number given on the website (which I think is TicketMaster) only to be told that I had to ring the stadium directly. However once through to them it was dealt with quickly & efficiently
Perhaps a little clarification on the official site would be good?

Really? Sorry to say you're wrong sunshine. Since we've moved to the new stadium we've had 6 season tickets, although me and Daz buy ours separately now because we've moved out!!!!!

I never realised that Dave Matthews was just a short-term appointment I thought he was here for the long haul. We could end up with 4 CEO's in just over 12 months, now that surely would be a Superleague record.

| There was/is an excellent piece in the MEN today,amongst the pages of Manchester United information,from Maurice Watkins the fleeting,temporary chair of the RFL when Lewis left last year.
After mentioning about transfers in soccer he states we have had the best recruitment;named some players and that some were from the NRL and actively encouraged support and wanted Salford to be the 3rd largest club.
I certainly think dialogue with Maurice Watkins would be hugely beneficial,after all he was a director and solicitor at Old Trafford,and the club should push the envelope on trying to lure soccer fans;perhaps starting with those who attend for the reserve/youth games at the stadium.

| Darren has just purchased two season tickets over the phone, what a joke it was!
Quote I rang up this afternoon to purchase two seasons tickets and all I can say is that it was bloody hard work.
I rang the number given on the website and given on various emails from the club only to be told I had to ring another number!!! I asked for the number that I should have rang and the bloke on the phone read the same one I had just rang him on, bizarre to say the least.
After 5 minutes of him finding out what the problem was and telling me he isn’t authorised to complete my order, he then tells me he can take my order after all, however my first attempt at buying them was denied as my card details had been taken down wrong.
I then receive a confirmation email with my address spelt wrong despite spelling it out to the guy two times on the phone, upon ringing back to correct this he put me on hold and then cut me off. The guy did ring back and apologise and said the address had been changed and an email confirmation had been re-sent, guess what? The address is still wrong. Awful. '"

| I got left a terrible voice mail last week from someone at the club. They kindly told me that erm we have erm 12 new players and that the early bird offer was too good too turn down.
All very good but it was just so unprofessional the erm's and obviously not knowing the full details of what is on offer.
Best thing is I was the first person on the day of the big announcement to commit to the new ticket offer so I already have one.
It's annoyingly just so close but still not quite as professional as it could and should be.

I had a similar experience buying tickets last season. Free mag came through the door called Life In Salford promoting family tickets for a game for £30. I rang the number quoted and could not understand a word he was saying. I asked him to repeat himself twice to realise he was saying hold on a moment. He then gave me a number for the club. Don't know the purpose of having that number.The woman At the club was friendly enough but couldn't help with the promotion offer. I was put through to another number which said if you want to buy sale tickets ring the following number or leave a message. To be fair someone rung back who was spot on and took my payment but it was hardly impressive. The die hard fans know that perseverance is needed but anyone with less patience and interest they ain't going to bother.

| I had one 10yrs ago. …Went to redevloution meeting and the Doc sold me so bought my season ticket last week, hope Im going to be sat in a full or near full Gus Risman ( Not the AJ bellend )stadium next year

| I found it very easy i rang the the stadium on the 0161 number selected club shop then asked to renew my season ticket etc i was put through to ticket office gave my name postcode and they just asked for card details and then it was done..
