If you had say Shannon Mc and Tasi in the second row with Hock at 13 you've got the makings of a seriously big set of forwards with the front rowers we have. Will be nice to hopefully watch a Salford pack on the front foot for a change.

Hock is an hard running uncompromising 2nd row , still one of the world's best , I would doubt loose / Lock would be Nobles 1st choice position for him .

I can recall Noble playing hock at loose forward during their time together at Wigan, granted it was only to cover for an injured O'Loughlin. Since Hock might not be as mobile anymore, neither the coach or player may see this as a good idea.

technically true but he only got a total of four games at loose before Noble started using J.Tomkins to cover Lockers instead

Perhaps someone should send Ian Lenagan a PM telling him that the best thing he could do for his club is to sell Harrison Hansen to Salford. That'll fix it.

He posts under his initials (IFL) iirc but he hasn't posted for a good while now. He did it very very occasionally when he first took over as a way of interacting with the supporters and getting them on side.

This deal looks more and more likely to happen IMO which is a surprise given the talent we already have walking through the door.

This man should be staying at Wigan for the rest of his career!!!! 'H' is a no nonsence player who hits hard in defence and runs some of the best lines you will see in attack. I know we have signed some cracking youngsters, but with 'H' we are losing a devoted, experienced forward. I wish him all the best at Salford, and boy oh boy are you signing a cracker!!! Gutted he's going!!!
