I make a suggestion it may have been a bad idea to tell Barker in confidence if he wanted to keep the story quiet during this delicate stage. . . and the Doc is then labelled by some as a media manipulating genius. 
I'm pretty sure knowing Marwan's ways that had he wanted the story to break he would have done it himself on twitter. |

Ah I see. Whilst I have no doubts he knows how to play up to the media, he is definitely no manipulating genius. He wants this kept under wraps more than anyone, it's a major coup and would send a serious signal of intent out.
As we all know, salary cap issues would mean players leaving so whilst it's exciting to discuss potential arrivals you must respect those who may be told their leaving or needed to leave.

I've not seen anything about how long Mullaney is out injured for and say Locke was signed and sealed next week you'd say that it's around a month to get him his visa and over here. Means he's not going to have a great deal of time to get into his stride and make a difference.
I'm still very curious as too which players are going to be cut mid season. a player of Lockes quality must cost a small fortune in wages so can only really see it being senior players going, Smith too Bradford is something I've thought highly likely to be one player going.

There is a valid and true reason but I choose to blame the former player and now Real Estate fella Mark Bryant - and to a lesser extent former player and male model Nick Youngquest - for their pro-Noble and obviously anti - Iestyn Harris tweet of 4th-6th April (?)
I don't think we can take either seriously as Bryant and his agent signed for Crusaders in the first place and despite the warnings about the club the CEO Paul Retout was sentenced to a term of imprisonment,they went into administration and the next CEO,Rod Findlay,the former RFL in-house solicitor who had previously been at a club which was liquidated,was at Crusaders when they also went into liquidation.
Bryant then signed for Harlequins,and surprisingly,during his time there the head coach Rob Powell was sacked and like Retout,Findlay,and himself is no longer involved in the sport.
The club Youngquest signed for,on arrival from France,was Gateshead Thunder.The coach he signed for is no longer in the sport and his replacement was Steve McCormack.His tactical genius included making the [url=http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/rugbyleague/article-1189815/Gateshead-6-St-Helens-66-Saints-march-fourth-Wembley.htmlPitch Skinny (?) I am not aware of any mischief making by Bryant or Youngquest in relation to any other of their previous coaches.
We need to get behind the players and try and ensure they get the right result on Sunday.
