Me a ' troll ' , never , as I have said , we've been through it all already , just be patient , you probably are safe now , as it will be started in time , and this time the RFL will be just happy to see anything , rather than just pretty pictures

You have answered my question. I have noted that The Council or Peel Holdings have yet to put their hands into their pockets as the NWDA have funded the ground clearance/preparation. Do you have anyone to build the stadium yet? I know it was out to tender, but haven't seen anything about a final decision anywhere
ps I don't suppose the residents will have to stump up too much interest on 10 mill'"
Regards to the builder, it's going to be officialy announced in the next week or so. Ground work finishes on the 5th of November, and the build will start within a fortnight.

Wakefield have full funding available as was confirmed today during the Planning Meeting.
Cas have a funding issue to which we hav'nt yet seen a proposed solution.
Wakefield and Cas now both have OPP but Castlefords is near to expiration as far as I know, I will stand corrected on this.
The momentum is now with Wakefield who are forging ahead with Full PP, have contractors ready and the money to get going.'"
(didn't you forget this bit)
The club is currently the subject of a winding up petition by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
On Thursday Wakefield confirmed an anonymous benefactor had offered to pay their tax bill, providing the stadium plans were approved.

| Mary Ferrer lost her seat last election, she does not like John Wilkinson, and campaigned against his plans for Buile hill park, she like all liberals would rather not see anything done and let buildings fall down, she used to moan about matchday parking as well, and people parking near her house, so she should be happy we are moving. Just like her leader Negative Norman a pair of dinosaurs licking the boots of the tories.

| Nice pics BF - gutted about the plane sale though
Certainly starting to take shape - from the below you can pretty much see where the stadium and the training/community pitches will sit on the site, in fact the orange sandy area looks like it may be the bed of the stadium's pitch.

Eccles
Davyhulme
Davyhulme's had more money ( 17M ) spent on it over the past 10 years , puts the Cap-ex for our stadium into perspective.

You're right to laugh, it's going to be awful having a sewage works near our new stadium.
I take it you don't have any sewage works near your stadium?

| IIRC in the initial plans way back, there was something regarding the sewerage works along the lines of they were to be house indoors (In other words just bang a roof over them) due to, and I don’t know this as gospel, that the one in Urmston was one of the biggest uncovered sewerage in Europe and due to new laws it could have to be covered.
Not sure what happened about that but that was a big selling point of the stadium plans with the local residents the fact that the stadium would hasten this action and make lives better with a little more fresh air during the summer.

The Davyhulme site is already capped ( Done soon after the Trafford Centre was opened ) and now the ' by-product ' is being recycled into 'bio-gas' the new posh name for methane.. which will also be used to generate it's own electricity . so maybe our the Stadium could run on all the thrown at us
