With Coley performing well for Wigan this season I just don't see him leaving the Pie Eaters, so my money's on Robinson!!!! Wouldn't be the worst, and although he didn't leave in the best manner, most of the time he gave his all in a reds shirt.

Please god don't let it be Finnigan though, he just follows a long list of number 13s that couldn't break wind. Chris Charles and Micheal Wainwirght to name a couple.

I agree, no ta to Finnigan. No great shakes last time around and he certainly hasn't broken any pots since.
I'd be happy with Robinson. Fair enough, he left under a cloud, but he's quick, enthusiastic, versatile, smart and has great awareness.
BTW .... Wedge was a 2nd rower not 13, and actually wasn't that bad .....

I think Luke Robinson would do a good job for us at hooker - if he did return I'd hope that bygones would be bygones - the way he left was not good - but we all make mistakes in life

Talau is retiring at the end of the season mate and I think Swain is going. Alker hasn't been offered a playing contract and I doubt he will now.

Holdsworth will be our main half back, and I doubt greatly Coley will ever be back in a Salford shirt.

I think there's a long way to got yet before we'll have a proper idea of next seasons line-up.

I would rather have S Ratchford than M Smith at half but the coach thinks differently also I would to see Danny Houghton from hull fc as hooker but doubt he will leave hull.

Really after all Holdsworth has done? We can't afford to loose our best attacking weapon by moving him to 13, unless he adopts a Kevin Sinfield type game, but even then I think that'll take something away from his game due to the more defensive work he will have to do. For me I'd get Ratchford back in a 7 and Holdsworth 6

What the hell has Matty Smith done wrong to justify messing with a really good half back combination.
Ratchford does have potential but Matty Smith is a seasoned pro.

Don't get me started again on Smith again, I CBA digging out my old posts on the subject, lets just say I think he's extremely overrated, passes to the floor all the time, very soft in defence and for me cannot create anything. The bloke looks absolutely useless in the side without Holdsworth playing alongside him IMO Holdsworth carries him. I've been around the game all my life, both playing and coaching and I for the life off me just can't see what he offers apart from maybe good support play.
