Not by Simms, but Adam Jude did say that the several million pounds worth of funding that is being brought in by the presence of the college requires the building to be complete by September 2010 - so if Peel don't deliver by then they will lose out on millions.

They did confirm the planning permission needs to be amended. Should be resubmitted in the next couple of months.

what makes you think they dont know the answer to the stadium queston them selfs you would think we were trying to find who the next pope would be all we want to know is, IF, and WHEN
