I think it's a bit small-time laughing at this. He did what the majority of other players (and us lot in life in general) would have done in a similar situation. He's an ambitious lad and there must be even money on him getting a crack at Wembley and/or OT again a lot lot sooner than anyone in a reds shirt, sadly.

As for the game, I think it's a major gamble by Smith and one which I don't think I'd have taken, unless he's seen something in training and/or over the past few weeks.

Wow looks like Smith was proven right unfortunatly as for Myler i know i would have moved for extra money and more chance to be ambitious.

Surely they needed to find an alternative kit for one of the teams to wear?? Shocking clash of colours and another example of the RFL doing the little things appaulingly.

Today the Warrington Wolves head-coach was proven right in dropping Myler without doubt.

As for Richard Myler well he will get his chance soon because that old Lee Briers can't keep playing or can he?

Myer upset about missing a Wembley Challenge Cup match, well I never.

Tony Smith has been proven right with his selection. Theres plenty of oppportunities for Myler in the future and he will come back even stronger.

Let's be honest it's nailed on for Myler to score the winning try in the grand final now.

Does anyone know what the deal was with Wire when Myler moved over?
Did it include extra payments if he played in cup final or grand final?

There may be the answer.

I doubt that Myler is the player to replace Lee Briers. Myler is more of a 'backer upper' than a creative player.
