Maybe we should sell a load of £50 season tickets like Hudds, and then count them on the attendance every week whether they are at the game or not.

but to be fair if you look at our crowds, and take away the away support the average is about 5500-6000 home supporters, we sold over 5500 ST'S so i think its safe to say they are at the game



dont you wish your club and other clubs could do something like the giants have done? our crowds have been fairly poor as we all know over the SL era,but rather than sit on our backsides like some other clubs i wont mention we have tried to act on it

No we make our loyal fans pay £160 and then send emails out to people who haven't forked out allowing them in for discounted prices. I know people who haven't paid more than £10 this season so far, and sometimes as little as a fiver.

Yeah I wish we would do something similar. I find it strange though how there was apparently 6100 for Hudds vs Cas in the league with 1000 away fans, yet only 6300 was announced for the cup game with a similar number of home fans but 3000 Cas fans there.

The £85.00 adult season ticket at Huddersfield is for this season , it will be interesting to see if they can afford to do the same for next season.
I think most RL clubs are going to suffer a drop in sales of season tickets next season due to job situation it ai`nt good at the moment and seems to be getting worse from what I`ve expierianced over the last couple of weeks.

Been going for 32 years. If that's not loyal enough for you then I'm not sure of your definition of loyalty. Is it keep blindly paying your money and accept that the team is rubbish and the club is badly run and for god sake never voice your opinion or you'll get jumped on by people who don't like the truth?

It's not me that created the definition of the word loyality. However, if I've been drinking in the Church Inn every week for 32 years, then stop going to the pub and decide to slag it off to anyone that listens to me, I wouldn't consider myself to be loyal to the Church Inn anymore.

Hey i wasnt having a dig at you lot pal - i was commenting because in the past i have known the Salford lot to be a passionate and noisy bunch and the Shed has deffo been an intimidating place when i've been.

How did you get hold of the turnstile figures for each game? wait a minute , you didn't! Do you work at the Galpharm? The 3000 figure is hilarious. Nearly as inaccurate as your suggestion of a £50 ST. Likewise the suggestion that the Giants include all ST holders for their gates is pure nonsense - though some clubs do it.

Other than that there may be some accuracy in somewhere.

Might be in the minority here, but based on previous visits, I actually thought there were more there than the announced figure.

Don't think I'll be going to many more games at the Willows this year at £30 to park the car, get in and buy 2 cans of Carlsberg
