Thats a joke, they asked me for the pint so I handed it over no problem then they walked away, 5 minutes later they came up and said they wanted a word with me so I followed one steward to the end of the steps who said I wasn't going anywhere they just wanted a word, next minute theres about 5-6 of them and one say's to the other he's going, then grabs hold of my arm and hands me to the poilce, don't worry a complaint is on the way, not that'll do much good





And someone else got let off I'm fuming because I wasn't doing anything wrong other than having a pint

A mate of mine was called a w**ker by the ball boy, but the lad was from Hull, imagine if a Salford Ball boy had done something similar.

looks like they didn't have enough stewards to throw out Grown ups, if it took 5 or 6 to throw you out, I think when I got arrested at Lancs there were 13 stewards and one blonde police woman

but wasnt the 13 stewards there to carry your beer and one police woman to arrest you

Slightly better rate than I got before going to France the other week.

Tip I learnt a couple of years back is just get enough Euros to get you about on the first day and then use cash machines, being billed in Euros if it asks. This generally gives you the best rates.

Well I know one thing for sure and thats that I will not be getting up on Sunday till at least 4 o'clock in the afternoon, when most of our fans will have already left for they're flights home

But I'm sure a few more euros will be spent Sunday and Monday. One things for sure is that there's naff all else to do in Perpignan other than sleep during the day to avoid the dog s#it and avoid during the evening from being ripped off at the cost of a tourist pint! The local off licence may be called upon, as before, for a case of 30 bottles of lager for around 10 euros
