I personally think that we have a very good chance against Leeds.
If you think about the type of play we've produced this season it has been hot potato off the cuff rugby and that's perfect for the cup.
Throw in that we've got a pretty much full stregth squad to pick from and I don't see anything to fear.

Whilst I admire your brashness and, in some respects, agree that we should play with abandon I do however have to take umbrage with your "I don't see anything to fear" comment. They are the world club champions, have recently gubbed us at our own ground, we have 1 win over them in the past umpteen years, they have players of the calibre of Peacock, Webb, Burrow, McGuire, Delaney at their disposal. Throw in to the mix our recent form and results against the top teams and I would say we had everything to fear.

Code 13 on twitter are saying Fev v Wigan will be the Friday night TV game. If so, it's between Wire/Bradford and us/Leeds for the Saturday BBC slot.

Yeah Fev v Wigan confirmed on Skysports 4 Friday night, hopefully the beeb will go for the Wire game.

Surely here is the chance to try the 3pm Sat/Sun arguement as the club can't any corporate stuff lined up for the Friday evening.
If we're not the TV game then we stand to get a bigger turnout to the game.

The club should price the tickets a little cheaper than the normal £20 and (I await the howls of hate from many) offer half price admission for Sale season ticket holders to get a taste for the stadium on a big occasion and to get extra bums on seats.

If it's on tv the east stand should be made the 'shed' for the day. At least it would give the impression of a decent crowd to the tv cameras.

We're not on tele, thankfully it's Wire v Bradford 2.40pm on the Saturday BBC2.

With 3 more rounds to go before the final at Wembley a '3 steps to heaven' reduction for those intending to attend all games - including the neutral venue for the semi-final - may have been an option.
Then,if it all goes a bit wrong against Leeds - the 2 other reductions could be for Super League games of their
choice (including the play-offs.)
The Challenge Cup does draw reduced attendances nowadays,as does the first play-off game,I believe.

It was £15.00 at Whitehaven on Sunday and this was a increase on their normal prices.
