It would look better if it was a sharper fit IMO. I don't mind it but then like a lot of others I have no intention of ever wearing one.

Not quite true, people are allowed to come on the S.T. to air their opinions on things, all people have said is that they either A) Like the Shirt or B) Dislike the shirt!

I do agree that far to much negative moaning goes on here but this thread I feel isn't one of them.

Oh they are only "[iFree[/i" if you purchase a membership/season ticket. I'm clearly not knocking the club for this, is a great incentive, offer and thanks to fans and I applaud the club for it but if someone doesn't like the design i.e. me I think I'm allowed to say so as I would with other clubs shirts.

The shirt gets the thumbs up from Tigerus Red and myself.

So that means you have to like it, does it? If the club had put out a hideous mixture of bright green, yellow, orange and blue, would we all have had to go "oh, that's brilliant, that is" or you'd have come on telling us all to stop moaning?

It's cr*p. I'd say I won't be wearing it, but I wouldn't anyway, so that doesn't really matter! But bloody hell, can't we have a simple and effective design for once?

I think the point is more about how the club simply can't do right by the growing shower of whinging b@stards that populate this forum.


But that's my point, they didn't did they? The shirt contains the club's colours and an unconventional RL 'V'. But still we have to sit and read how dreadful it is (and from people with absolutely no interest in buying it regardless of how it looks...) while another misery ar$e seems miffed we didn't 'pile high' the club shop with this abomination.




I do think it's important that the club listen to the merchandise needs of those unwilling to buy. I've been badgering them to produce some Reds branded horseradish - I can't the stuff...
