Fun and the Poznan is like Fun and run they just dont fit together.

Perhaps after a try is scored we should turn sideways, link arms, jump up and down and depending on who's scored we could add a high kick (for Smith, Holdswoth, Sneyd etc) or perhaps a salute if it's Luke Patten. We could call it the 'Village People'

Personally I prefere us to go back to doing the old "stand up if you love Salford, Sit down if you love Salford " Which started at Quins away I think when we were playing e and then even managed to make it to the shed on a few occasions.

Sorry but my hatred of all things football is well known but being subjective I don't see the fascination of trying to bring aspects of the football terraces into RL. Surely intelligent RL fans can think of thier own chants, dances or whatever. Don't sully Salford with things like this and as someone else has said the sheer lack of numbers make certain things look preposterous.

Perhaps we could follow rugby union then and give the players a rousing chorus of swing low

Mate I'm from a Welsh family so I'd get lynched, I do follow internation RU, not a patch on RL but then Football isn't a patch on RU.

Na pretty proud of my Welsh heritage mate, said it before nothing compares to a live rendition of the Welsh anthem at a big Welsh international RU game, well maybe Sir Thomas of Jones or Terry and his Ophonics songs being sung in the Grey Friars Bobby after a Wales V Scottsland game comes close.

I'd happily do the 'poznan' if sitting down and shutting up was the only alternative matey.
