The point about the floodlights, toilets etc was meant as a little joke clearly not understood.
You don't want more for the club than I do and I know that I have a lot more years in watching the club than you have and the fact that we see things differently is part of life.
I wont be over the moon if Sale come, I have already stated that and I would not like them to have their motif/emblem on the front of the stadium but I cannot take on board all the rumours etc on what may or not happen or may or may not have been said.
With regards being tenants of a much bigger machine without this machine we would be in a very difficult position compared to where we are at present.
I have checked up and I appear to be in the red seats but I may ask for a half and half one just to be awkward. |

I couldn't give a t055 about the colour of the seats, but different coloured seats are in stadiums around the world, on TV it actually gives an impression of fans being in them, whereas if the seats are all the same colour empty patches soon show up, so alternating diff colours works.
The only thing that matters is what we do on the field because that will bring the people in, so lets get real.

I've just been made aware of a very creditable conspiracy theory that goes along these lines.
John Whittaker and Brian Kennedy were in Dallas November 22nd 1963 doing a tour of grassy knowles and book depositories, they have also been spotted in Iraq buying up WMD's dirt cheap to sell to Kim Jong-il, that they flew out of Barton airport on September 11th 2006 but didn't file return flight plans, there are also reports that they have a shadowy side kick who goes under the name of Elvis Presley who in his spare time rides a horse called Shergar.
But the nastiest bit of information is that the blue seats have come from the latest meeting of the illuminati in a bid by the main protaganists to lead the way in recycling.

Aaaarrrggghhh.... When will people actually realise that the bulk of the issue here is that the blue seats are just a symbol of how little say we have in what goes on at this stadium... and it's just a matter of time before we get trampled all over. This is not Salford's new ground.... this is just a ground we are playing at... and these blue seats prove just that. If the club had built this stadium... do you think they would have put blue seats in ?.....No... neither do I.

To be honest seat colour does not matter, lets go to Old Trafford and put a couple of tiers in the the Stretford with blue seats, it won't be a problem!
As loyal fan has already said its not so much the colour of seats thats the problem its how little input we have in the stadium thats the worrying thing. Yes it not ours, but it was built for us so the club not knowing that blue seats were going in is a problem IMO. Whats next the club "not knowing" that we're getting f**ked off to a Wednesday because Sale are playing London Irish on the Friday!!!
I'm on the train to London soo, so no point sobering up now, might as well see the night through!!!

Not as farfeched as you may think, afterall how many times over the years has the Willows (the clubhouse built for Salford RLFC) been made not available to the fans of the club as there has been a private function on.
Whatever next blue seats in the new home of the Salford City Reds. Seems feasible though afterall HKR a team called the Robbins who play in a white kit with a Red stripe have self rebranded themselves as the REDS  |
