Players have a new lease of life. Lots of energy and more desire to win.

I said all along that Iestyn Harris was never the right man and Ive now been proved right. Last two results show how much he was holding us back.

I am amazed given how players talk that the Salford fans don't seem to know what happened yet.

Iestyn is playing a smart game and will end up with one hell of a payout given what your great leader Marwan did in the dressing room at Hull KR and that is why the good Dr is not slating his coach or announcing it as a sacking. The guy is trying to find a way to appease Harris and keep himself out of bother.

I thought today when Salford played the ball quick and speeded up their passing we looked a different team, well done lads on a great second half performance HKR didn't know what hit them.

Please tell us what did Marwan do in the dressing room at HKR

Pinned Harris to the wall with his hands around his throat and told him 'shut up you, you don't coach this side anymore'.

As for what happened between Koukash and Harris in the changing rooms I dont know. I hate to say it but it wouldnt surprise me if whats being alleged is true.

I will however remind everyone that these accusations are potentially defamatory and people should be VERY careful what they post on here!

Remove it if you wish Mario, I have no problem with that, nor do I mind if someone wants to take legal action. I would be more than happy to call witnesses to back up my comment. Same with the comments on the VT about players rent not being paid and the CCJ from Under Armour which can of course be found quite easily online anyway.

Trust me Mario there is a new found spirit amongst this bunch. Not just on the field but off it. You can laugh all you want this isn't a team lacking quality it's just everything has been going against them this year. The torch paper just needs lighting now and Mr Sheen's will be that man. You'll see the real Salford Red Devils before the end of season.

I heard someone today suggest MK threw a bottle at IH. Highly unlikely that IH is going to be back at Salford anyway

Doubt we'll see Harris again, pity really as he has brought in many ideas that will stand the club in good stead, if we're honest he was the wrong man for the job being as young and inexperienced as he is - oddly the deficiences he has are the strengths that Sheens brings to the table.

The team's attacking style under Harris was far too conservative for my liking. It was all about safety, territory and percentages with ball in hand but the effect was nullified by giving away numerous silly penalties. I think this is where the frustration has come from leading to many penalties and suspensions this year.

The players didn't seem to me to be enjoying playing to such a rigid system. All the best teams play on the front foot, they aren't afraid of taking a few chances and inevitably make a few errors. If you have footballers in your team you have to allow them to play what they see rather than just performing like pre-programmed robots. We just need to work hard on our defence and discipline to get to the level of the top teams, that's the main difference.

Harris did take us to the next level.
Aggressive defence is unusual at Salford and he put that in place,which will stand us in good stead. The suspensions are easy to put at his door,coaching Hock to use his knees and clatter referees plus the demonising of Chase by Sky and the RFL. These weren't his fault. Hauraki has previous,thank goodness,and the rest were run of the mill.
We were going well until losing both halves and,as yesterday showed,you can do without one but not both.
Harris surely had his failings but he left us considerably better off than he found us,and I was a Noble fan.

Yes Harris brought robustness, endurance and aggression to Salford but the team just lacked discipline and finesse. Although I appreciate a combination of losing Longy and the key absentees would of had a detrimental effect on our offence this year.
