It is not a secret pal everybody know about it. there no bigger fan of Rangi than me by the way i think he is a great player.

Very surprised it hasn't been mentioned already to be honest.

nothing but gratitude for Rangi for 4 years service to the club - everyone is a winner from his move to Salford.

We have a better squad, you have a quality HB, Rangi is earning more money. No animosity whatsoever from us Cas fans (or me, anyway)

I wish we had played you at home before away. So he could get the fantastic reception he deserves. It may be more beneficial for us to try and rile him up and knock him off his game though. Getting 2 points is all that counts.

Very well put. You guys are going to hit form sooner rather than later, add into this Rangi returning, and it could well be this weekend.

The pessimist Castleford fan in me that is used to the "it's too good to be true" syndrome is waiting for the wheels to fall off, and I thought our flat display this week may well have been that.

We were very poor against Hull FC on Sunday, and I thought we got out of jail in honesty - a similar performance on Sunday and I think you'll get back onto winning ways. Hopefully Daryl Powell will have us focused and up for what is a big game this week. The battle in the forwards will be the big one for me, along with Rangi, assuming he plays.

Either way, it should be a great game. Got my ticket this morning, let's hope for a big game (with Cas just edging it

I would rather Tansey play. I'm assuming Dorn will fill in, who's much more of a threat IMO.

As I am supremely confident *cough*,well we have won both games this year with an afternoon kick-off and James Child refereeing,could the Castleford followers enlighten me on this 'stronger second half' displays from Classy Cas I have heard/read about?
(Just to try and lower my spirits and dent my confidence - if you can !)

Oh,and don't try the Catalans side are struggling due to some of their players being involved in the World Cup and the physical and emotional drain will also affect Rangi - I never thought that and my computer was hacked when someone
suggested that he should be rested for the first game etc.

Have we announced our starting 14 for Cas yet? Or indeed our squad of 18?

5 games this season. conceded 81 points in these games. Only 17 of these points were in the second half. 3 tries conceded in the second half of games through 5 matches.

One thing I do hope is that Theo is rewarded for efforts with a bench spot.

Going into the game without his would be stupid as if Chase has a setset back then we really up against it and lets face it yet again we've seen he has incredible potential.

I'm a bit worried that Rangi will take the pressure on his shoulders and as at Cas,consider he has to burden it all himself.
I am very worried about his discipline - particularly bearing in mind the incident against a side coached by Daryl Powell in the past.
I just hope he can remain calm and not 'stress out' if things are not going our way.There is a large portion of the campaign still to play.

Had Wigan to nil for 37/40 mins too. Amazing 2nd half stuff.

If Chase doesn't play this weekend - will it be a bonus for Tigers ? I don't think so. I hope he does play - it would be good to get it out of the way for himself and his former club.

In all honesty I think halfback partnership in the long run will be Theo & Rangi. I haven't really seen Rangi play week in week out so can any Cas fans tell me how good his kicking game is? That is the area that we need a MASSIVE improvement on at the moment IMO.
