This will undoubtedly be determined by the highest bidding company for the stadium naming rights!
Personally I'd have thought the value of this could be enhanced by the stadiums prime location next to a very busy stretch of the M60 motorway!

This will be the name used until they sell the naming rights! The new stadium will become a Greater Manchester ring road landmark and someone will pay big bucks for that kind of publicity/recognition! |

Unfortunately, even it didnt go in this way, as we are only tenants, we would have very little infleunce over any naming - I suspect we wont even be able to name any bars/stands in honour of club legends which is a real shame.
Latest reports in M.E.N suggest today Man utd reserves and Sale Sharks are looking to play there to give it 12 months a year use

the John Merry £20m stadium. At the council house in manchester even though the council own it City named the bars and stands, so same should apply here, I would be surprised how many councillors actually knew Salford had a Rugby League team.
Wouldn't name anything after Fred Done.
But how about something that would put the name of Salford on the world stage

as stated on here by many, the naming rights to the stadium will go to the 'highest bidder' i just hope we get our cut in whatever money is paid for the naming rights... i would be a bit p*ssed off if it all goes to the JV! it is going to be a heafty sum!
we should save some of the above Tex Evans, Risman Lomas etc for bars/stands/boxes etc...
but the main bar i believe is already earmarked as The Andy Gregory
