Expectation is the root of all disappointment. To release one's self from the constraints of expectation is to open a door to endless possibility!
This game is fantastic opportunity for us but mark my words, arrogance will result in us having our pants pulled down. We MUST maintain if not even increase our work rate, something that has reaped the rewards of late. That said, a measure of our commitment in this week's training could well be a high scoring win.
First things first, get the attitude right!

Looking at other teams fixtures this is a must win game for us. A win and a few other results going our way will keep us right in the play off picture. A defeat and the Hull game next week is mahoosive.

Precisely. Apathy and disrespect of our opponents is our biggest enemy. That said, the lads should be confident in their ability and preparation... Then, go out there and smash 'em left right and centre!!!

Coming up for this one and hoping to maintain my 100% win record this year.

Have watched Harlequins a four or five times this season and whilst their cobbled together outfit has the potential to be a reasonable team, they lack leadership and composure most of the time and I'd expect that if we can show both of those we'll see them off.

Dorn will bag a few anyway.

Dorn is knackered as are another 3 from last week. Home banker. You may even get to the panto giant Karl Pryce.

No such a thing as a "home banker." Whilst I'm confident that a fully commited performance will earn the 2 points, anything less WILL result in a Quins win for sure.

COME ON SALFORD! Rip into them for the full 80 and give yourselves the best preparation possible for our tough visit to Hull the week after...

I've also seen Salford long enough to know that historically, we have played to the standard of the opposition. A part of the new culture I'm sure the club are working towards is to be as ruthless and professional as possible, regardless of the opposition.

Only 100% effort will suffice.

At least he's not throwing any suicide pass's which seem to be creeping in when the oppositions pressure and line speed is high! (of late)

And to be fair he's only taking the load off someone else by runnig the ball in which is down to his ever present 100% work ethic and leadership skills.

I expect his 4/5th? try of the season with a cheeky dummy followed by a quick turn of pace thru there centres. As we know hes very quick off the mark should he break the line and always makes the "right" decision not necessarily the "fancy" one which does come off for some.

42-10 Salford win and a cheeky one at ladbrokes me thinks. Good odds tbf.

The only change in the 19-man squad is Gleeson who missed out last week is replaced by Spencer but I don't envisage any changes to last weeks 17.

This week is becoming a tad annoying. The energy around the club and our current form combined with the position we find ourselves on the league ladder and the necessity of keeping up the pace all contibutes to a dire need for Friday to arrive asap. Cannotwait.com!

What frustrates me is the lack of talk on here. When we play poorly, every man and his dog seems to have an opinion yet over the past fortnight or so, meh...

We know there isn't going to many away fans there which kind of makes the atmosphere a bit flat from the start, but lets forget about that and concentrate on getting behind the boys, this game is huge! I Must admit I'm a tad excited about tomorrow. Hopefully Saints will do us a favour and beat Hull, if all goes to plan hopefully we'll take a good following down to the KC for the first time ever and really get behind the team and push them on towards the 8.

Big loss if he dosen't play, but I still think we should have enough to see off Quins

without him. then hopefully he should be fully fit for Hull!!

We will miss Godwin if he isn't fit, but I think Sneyd has done really well when covering at hooker.
I'd be tempted to play Smith at hooker and give Sneyd a chance in the half backs (his natural position) against Quins.

Agree with the above, people are happy to come on here when we loose and slag the players off and then they tell us how there not going to a game again, but now we have won a few games got a big game tomorrow with regard to top 8, and we only have 4 games left at the willows and we will still have a dyer 2,500 there. If you class yourself as a fan is there any reason really not to attend tomorrow?
