The guy does a couple of spells of about 8 minutes, misses tackles left, right & centre and offers nothing in attack!! Surely that money could've been spent better elsewhere?! It's like playing with 12 men when he's on the pitch.

Don't compare us to Wigan!! I'm not blaming Feka, it's not his fault we signed him! I'm blaming the club! It's shambolic to give such an unfit, overweight liability a lucrative 3 year deal!! The club is quickly turning in to a laughing stock. IMO we need a total clear out at the top, I know it's easier said than done but something needs to be done asap! we need a new coach i am afraid we can only play for 20 mins in a match for 80 mins you have to ask what defences is being teached because to me to day it looks like we are still iun nursery school again a good following went down to castleford today and again we only play for 25 mins in a game of 80 mins on this we wont get a franchise we are the only team in bottom half. In the 3 year licence that as never been in the top 8 that is not good for ticked boxes i will be watching on tv next week its total waste of mony watching that when money is tight for people and i cant see us finnishing other than in bottom 2 that was total garbage today.

i am seriously debating to go for the footie option next week,after that garbage today,and the clubs inability to start being more honest with us fans!took my kids today cost £70 with fuel food admission and a drink,was more entertaining atching my 8 year old lad cover himself in ice-cream than what salford reds could offer today!

Feka just isn't on the field long enough to make any impact. He was marginally better than his last display but still a 'blank' weapon. I woul use him with Cashmere and make the f@&ker put a 20 minute stint in !

Feka, seems a massive mistake now, he doesn't even look like breaking a tackle. Whether Anderson was fit, or not, shouldn't have mattered, we shouldn't have changed the team at all last week. the squad was just starting to make some progress and gel. Anderson, Bailey and Feka are all looking massive mistakes.

The answer to this question is yes. And while there are maybe many things to criticize the coach & the club for, this is not one. Feka is overweight & unfit, to such an extent it is completely unprofessional. The club should set him a diet & fitness plan, & fine him if he fails it. Failing that, cancel his contract. He is a joke which doesn't make me laugh.

Then surely the club or coach ARE to blame then?! If there are no consequences to him for being this unfit ie he hasn't been dropped then why would he want to do any extra sessions? It's ok saying he is a professional sportsman but the club should be exacting a minimum set of standards on all players, not just him, and if any player falls foul of this then they don't play and we cancel their contracts for breaching club rules. Surely his condition is why Wigan got rid of him in the first place once his contract was up?! We shouldve given him an incentive based 1 yr deal with options on both sides! Bowie look like we're stuck with this expensive commodity regardless of his condition!!

the whole team needs a fitness plan at least when karl harrison was in charge we played for 80 minutes this is both player and clubs responsability. Yet again the club say every season we will finnish in top 8. And yet again there is no coaching evedent we are the only club in super league that have gone backwards instead of forward mcrae and the rest of is team sahould go bring in milward or brian noble they wont take any messing from the players and make them work hard. The players seem to be crap when they come to us why. It as to be down to training coaching and structure we aint got any.

obviously as a cas fan this is the first time i have seen him play for you, but good god he can't have done more than 15 mins in total.

For the salary he will be on you could have brought through some young english players who would run their blood to water for you as repayment for being given a chance. Feka just seems to be pinching a wage.

I think we only got him so that we had a massive area to sell advertising and put posters all over him when on telly, now that plan as backfired with the game being shown opposite the United City game.

Interestingly I heard an interview on BBC Manchester with Alan Hunte and he singled out Karl Harrison as the best Coach he had played under ...
Maybe Karl would have got him into better shape pre season is speculation.. but I'm guessing he would have done better than Monty Bentham.

When I asked players whether they are given strict Dietary guidlines they said no .but added they know what foods to eat . it's a far cry from the Wigan set up

Blame your coaching staff - whoever is in charge at the moment! They gave Feka 10 weeks holiday in the close season. You don't need to be a genius to work out that Feka needs to work really hard in pre-season to get anything like what Wigan managed out of him.

If your conditioning and pre-season is not right then you know what to expect as the season progresses.

As an outsider looking in, seems to me you need a complete overhaul in the coaching area - starting with Simms, in particular. Noble is available and you should pull out all the stops to get him.

Of course Noble was terrifically successful with Paaleasina at Wigan

Paaleasina was a luxury in that Wigan side, they had the talent & ability to cope with someone who gave so few minutes on the pitch.

My understanding is that one of the first decisions McGuire took on coming in was that there wouldn't be another contract offered as he was such a liability in defence, and unfortunately at Salford you have to do a tad more defending than at Wigan!!

You are correct but why didn't Simms recognise this as opposed to using Feka as a big name signing and using him in all their marketing for "the drive to the play-offs". Your conditioning stafff need to get their act together
