Both our tickets/cards arrived this morning,the shirts could be available by the 21st December IE Next week.

got ours as well......was going to start this thread.....but about content of card.....the accomponing letter asked to check dates of birth @ photo etc.....well ours have neither....anyone else??

No being funny but have you taken the cards off the paper and looked at the back? Both my season ticket card and the other half's PAYG card have photos on.

Mine haven't but then again I have not been down to get the photos took yet

had a text from norky who said his had no photo on, but i don't know if he has removed it from the paper yet, mine not arrived but thats not strange since we seem to have new postpeople almost every other week

Guessing the pic's are supposed to be over where it says Male / Female...as there is a bar code in middle & on the right it says standing £0 reg price season ticket....& yes girl in shop took photo's !!

I suspect the club may have relaxed the photo requirement. When I paid for my ticket I was asked in the club shop to provide photos of other family members but I never got round to it. My card arrived yesterday along with cards for my wife and three of my grandchildren. Mine was the only one with a photo on.

mine has arrived and so have all the others me and missus mug shots are on our two but the lazy offspring who could not be bothered have got blank cards, I must say my picture is just missing the number under it, plus the pictures were taken in the shop, perhaps there was a breakdown in communication and they forgot who,s picture was who and so abandoned the whole exercise. That makes my cards a collectors item I reckon

The scheme is a new one and the club are obviously trialling it in advance of moving to the new stadium.

The covering letter that comes with the tickets explains fully what people should check for and what to do in the case of any errors and I know of several people who have received their tickets and everything is correct and they are happy, I also know of some people who have errors on their tickets and have contacted the club and they are also happy with the clubs response.

What more do you want?

It's on facebook that cards that don't have a picture are valid for this year but neaxt and the years after will need a photo

Maybe they decided to leave it off your letter because they're sick of your moaning??


If the club had season tickets individually wrapped in silk and delivered by hand by one of the players to everyone personally there would be some mong on here that found something to moan about.
