They've got a thread discussing players who should of had big futures in the game but they never materialised.
So who do you think fits in this catergory?
They don't have to be Salford players, they can be anyone.
I'll start it with Simon Haughton.
Looked world class as a Wigan youngster then just seemed to dissapear off the radar.

Haughton went playing for Orrell RU IIRC then later came back to League with Oldham.

Hartley is still with Widnes, albeit usually on the treatment table. Rumour on their board that he's coming to Leigh, which sounds about right given his injury record!
Anyone remember Desi Williams at Wigan? Had a shocker of a debut at Cas (I think) and was never seen again. And how about Dwain Chambers? |
