Reading between the lines, could this month loan deal be due to The Flying Fish awaiting a work visa. Hope this is the case because he looked mustard.

I thought that would be the case too. I suspect we'll see a few short term loan deals to cover for other overseas players while their work permits are sorted out.

BBC Radio Manchester are reporting Salford have Signed Jack Hughes on a months loan , not like the BBC to get things wrong ... presume they mean Jack Murphy

Good move for Jack Murphy which will allow him to get that regular first team experience playing in Superleague, providing Phil Vievers selects him that is.

I thought that in the play-off defeat to Leeds last season Murphy looked dangerous in open play and seemed to have a lot of speed off the mark, something which should benefit Salford over the next few weeks.

I do hope he plays against Wigan at the weekend because it is sure to add some interest to the game.
