Sale just released their new Board of Directors, so who do you actually think they would need to poach and what assets are there to strip?

the council and Peel need nearly £25m out of the stadium to break even and it currently isn't worth half that. they need to sell the plots first so they can claim they got all their money back or the fallout for the council would be huge. {Although with the CEO of Allied London (who seem to be rebuilding half of Manchester), there may be some development deals possible)
