Obviously their match performance standards are higher but Long could also be referring to other standards that all contribute to the success of a professionally run club, such as:- Coaching competence, tactical awareness, effective training programs, players diet, medical team, discipline, organisation, timekeeping, junior development, scouting system and communication etc.
