After several attempts to find out if the shuttle buses were running from the old Willows site for Fridays match I eventually found it on Facebook & the person who put it on said that it left the Willows at 6.50 however I'm glad that I checked as it leaves the Willows at 6.30 & arrives at Eccles Metrolink at 6.50 (why it takes 20mins for that journey I don't know). It has to be booked before 4.30pm on Thurs by email
It is very poorly advertised & if you haven't got a computer then it will be impossible to know about the buses so it is no wonder that noone is using them.
I personally will not be using the shuttle bus as it is far to early for me especially as it means standing around for at least an hour before the match starts, although I used it regularly last season Steve quoted that it ran at a loss & they can't afford to pay for advertising in the MEN so can't see that the buses will keep running for long.
I appreciate the difficulties that we have been going through but this doesn't help the crowd situation.
At the London match the Cadishead/Irlam service didn't turn up at The Lion/Cadishead at 6.30 ??????
