Some coaches are prepared to tolerate poor off-field behaviour provided that a player delivers the goods on the pitch, or maybe they feel they can sort him out.

It would seem that not many have succeeded and his off-field antics seem gradually to seep into the rest of the squad. Hard to set standards if everyone knows there is a t least one guy ignoring them!
