I'd say owing HMRC 250K VAT for the sale of Odsal's lease , having all the management & backroom staff from Mick Potter to the tea lady laid off is a tad more than ' uncertainly ' .

they are playing for their careers , not feeling hard-done-to & wondering how much more FC or saints will pay them cos they've managed to string a few passes together ..

Think patten listens a lot to his big mate Mr Dan downer on the club Holdsworth! Dont know what it is with this guy but it dont matter what the club do it never pleases holdsworth, whether it be the training facilities the drinks on game day the equipment the pressure in the balls or not enough sugar in his tea the guy is a misreable moaning git. He should remember we plucked him from obscurity he was on his way to play in the japanese league before we signed him and if the club was so bad why did he sign a three year contract.No doubting the guy is class one of the best ive seen but i would imagine he not good in a dressing room for team spirit with the constant moaning.
