| I'm not seen anything of the new breed of Academy lads but with Ford being the Player of the Year last year, and gaining a representative cap at that level for England recently, perhaps it's time to take a punt on him.

| Ford plays in a very good team, we've just lost one of our really good so I'd expect him to get promoted to the full time squad next season.
I think Gibson is under rated, got plenty of pace and power to go with it and he's scored a fair number of tries for someone who's been injured and not exactly a regular. 9 tries from 10 games isn't a bad return from a bit part player this term.

| Anyone know what Fords strengths and weaknesses are? Gibson is a squad player nothing more nothing less. He doesn't have the defence to warrant a first team place. Same could be said about Gleeson, got a good side step and off load, poor defence. Along with our front row our right hand fringe defence has been poor this season, part dude to the Anderson, Gleeson, Williams neither of those defensively minded. To Williams credit though couple times this season he's took the risk of coming out the line and putting some hits in.
