As season ticket holders me and my son decided yesterday to use our one 'free coach travel' offer for the game at Hull KR this coming weekend. I duly rang the club shop this morning to book two places only to be told that there are no 'free' places left and that the fare would be 12.00, as well as being informed that there are however still 'free' places left for the Hull FC game. Having been to the KC before but not to KR that option doesn't really interest me.

Can someone explain to me how this 'free coach' travel thing works. I was not aware that there are limited 'free' places for each game and if that is the case I have certainly never seen any mention of it anywhere. It's not as if there are no places left on the coach as one can still book but it has to be paid for! As a season ticket holder with one 'free' travel pass but unable to use it as such, it's fair to say that I ain't happy about this situation one little bit.

Bit of a joke this. Salford offer free coach travel but withdraw it when they realise they are going to make a loss.
