Quote ="Red John"Jeez, you've really got the hots for him haven't you? No-one's doubting that he was one of the better centres in Britain in his prime, but he's 35 and coming back off a serious injury. Salford's track record with signing older players (Talau, Anderson) isn't the best, and its track record with players coming back from serious injury (Corvo, Bailey) is no better. .'"
Please Please Please Love Fest. Have a look at my earlier post's in this thread, the only reason i'd sign KS, is due to the fact that i have no faith in our current centre position excluding Moon, and the club isn't going to sign another decent centre with age on his side in this off season FACT. So why not go for a proven experienced classy centre. Yeah he's seen better days but he urinate's all over Gleeson. Yes KS has suffered a terrible injury, we've made mistake's in the past signing the likes of Bailey, Talau, etc. but senior brings a different dimension to the table especially having Broughton outside him. I have every confidence in KS making a full recovery from this injury, i suffered the same injury too and the rehabilitation is tough, but knowing the fella's attitude and determination i have every confidence in his recovery, and obviously wouldn't sign him if the medical wasn't true to this. I think the threequarter line looks a lots healthier in both attack and defence reading.
