Good luck to him! This is one of those luxury positions that only the richer clubs in Superleague can afford. Basically if clubs are at full cap and have money spare they then look for other ways to improve what they have. I heard Wigan have a small army of backroom staff that includes a guy who teaches the coaches how to coach!
