I think we should bring in ellery hanley or john pendlebury as coach someone who as got the guts and wants to win be much better than mcrae whats your thoughts on this?

i think there is only one man out there who can motivate a team.Ive seen him do it so many times,no matter which team hes playing for,hes a master at it, BOBBY GOULDING. Yes i know hes working for france now,but is that part time or what? Could he not be an assistant to SM.

let the players coach, train, pick themselves, captain as the leader, but mcrae out.

Watch what you wish for! Bobby Goulding and Ellery Hanley are similar in style in that they want all their own way, will fight for that, and take no messing from anyone. That can be very motivational but it is also very confrontational and things can get very, very sticky. I know, Saints have experienced both of these guys (though Goulding only as a player, not a coach).
