To be fair Leigh haven't let them play. Great defence, and they moved up quick on the fringes which has nullified Leeds back line. Outstanding effort to hold Leeds to only 2 (arguably lucky) trys for 70 minutes.

It's hard to be at all critical of Leigh but that was dumb play when they had the ball on Leeds line. That said they should have got a penalty from Briscoe's break, he moved a good 5 metres off the mark to play it.

to be honest...if you'd told me before the game that Leeds would be slotting over a 76th minute drop goal to secure the win I would have thought you were smoking something!

thaler has been letting Leeds lay on all match and offside by miles otherwise Leigh would have had a lot more territory, as it is they blew it on that last set on Leeds' line..
