Quote ="jonny the leyther"Youre not a legend and your opinions on rl are negative and elitist. You shout down anyone who is new to the sport, knocking them with your 'superior knowledge', rip apart anyone who isn't from the heartlands and have hopes of one day
seeing their club at the pinnacle of the sport, you beat up on any 'poms' who have a player or club they rate highly, and you cast unfounded opinions on places you have been to once or twice.'"
Barry McKenzie doesnt know whether to be offended or not
Just because a lot of my opinions on RL might differ to yours it doesnt make them wrong. I have hardly 'shouted down' anyone who is new to the sport at all. I dont care if someone comes from the heartlands or not... my point is that a club that is based in the so called heartlands will generally attract more fans than one that isn't. If Widnes played Wigan on a hot sunny Saturday arvo do you think their supporters would not bother going along to watch?
How many times do you have to go somewhere to be able to have an opinion on it?
I went to Chennai in India a few years ago and it was one of the most depressing places I've ever been to. I didn't need to go back a second time to form that opinion. I recently went to the Czech Republic. Fantastic place. I've only been once. Do I need to go back again to form an opinion?
