| Good effort again Bratford. At this rate you'll be close to getting best ave attendance. Sounded like a good game too.

| Bit of guesswork
Wigan 15,348
Wakefield 12,835
Castleford 14,348
Harlequins RL 12,000
Leeds 23,000?
Wire 14,000
Salford 12,000
Saints 13,000
Hull FC 14,000
Catalans 12,000
Shudds 13,000
Hull KR 14,000
Crusaders 12,000
Gives an average of 13,964. Current average 14,117. Leeds to make up for the visit of the three expansion clubs, basically.

Good effort by both sides. It was just 14K Bradford, we brought a decent amount.

Could be more than that, it depends how well the team does at the back end. I would say that is a minimum you would hope for.
If you beat Leeds at home then surely more than 14k for wire is a possibility!
Could get quite a few more at home for the crusaders game if you need to win it to get in the play-offs....

Bradford need success to bring in all the fans who used to go to OT and all the fans who will probably attend the Leeds game.'"
It will go up, but I would think to no more than £80 and within 3 years probably be about the £100 - £120 mark still well below the £180 some clubs ask. They have also asked fans to commit to 5, 10, 15 or 25 year season tickets at £500, £1,000, £5,000, £15,000 I think with various offers such as free seats / bar entry / shirts etc. I got the 10 year one with my dad, and I know quite a few others committed too it as well.

Anyone buying a 25 year season ticket will be paying £600 a year. This will make Bradford the most expensive club by a long way. The bulls bubble has burst

You DO understand that the more expensive long term tickets aren't for just getting into the game and standing on the terracing right?

Because they are a big club with potentially huge support with a big (if crumbling) stadium. All true fans used to love watching the team of the Paul brothers tear teams (except when it was their own) apart when Bradford were in their pomp

Good Point well put
Great work from the Bulls Business management team....their crowds are only half the problem. They need to get their team performing consistently and challenging for honours.....and a lick of paint wouldn't do their slum of a ground any harm either.
Maybe if they get a home Play-off game this year they could waive admission charges for a bring a brush day

Warrington, for one. Two Challenge Cup wins after nearly forty years of not winning it. Crowds up, too. They weren't one of the "big 4" when Bradford were doing well.

| Don't think they need Bradford's fall for their rise. Bradford were hardly holding them down for all that forty years.

At that has what precisely to do with Bradford?

| I didn't say Warrington's rise was anything to do with Bradford. Clearly, it isn't.
Starbug's point was (I think) that if one club is not winning things, another club must be and that it's better when we don't have the same clubs winning things for year after year.
What Bradford have achieved with this season ticket deal is fantastic. I'd expect a lot of other clubs are looking very closely at it. I don't think it works for everybody - Bradford have the spare ground capacity that some clubs don't, plus the existing precedent of Bradford City doing a similar scheme.

As Adey pointed out, Warrington's rise has more to do with a rich owner with deep pockets than Bradford's demise over the last 5 years. Similar things could be said about Huddersfield. But what about the rest of the league? They've pretty much stayed as they were. There's hardly been an upsurge in other clubs pushing for honours.

There's at most two teams who can win something. At most four who make a final.
Wigan won SL last year. First time in 12 seasons. Narrowly avoided relegation by dubious means a few years back.
Bradford won the grand final in 2005. Since then, I've seen Saints, Hull, Catalans, Leeds, Huddersfield & Warrington at Wembley.
So that means exactly half of the league has been in a final since Bradford's "demise". Not sure what else people expect?

| I think essentially the point being made is that with Bradford's fall from the pedestal, it opened up a gap at the top for another team to take it. An understandable if somewhat dubious point.
And anyway, I'd say Warrington's success over the past two years has more to do with Tony Smith arriving than Simon Moran (although obviously the money involved to put that squad together was an essential element). Does anyone honestly believe Warrington would have won 2 challenge cups, and finish 3rd (might've been second but for that stupid saints hoodoo) in the league last year, had Paul Cullen still been in charge?
