You are correct.
However raising the SL cap to 2 million pounds might help, especially if it involves a marquee player or two allowance for each club. The key is to be able to keep 30 top flight English players and 20 top flight French players out of the grasp of rugby union. If the NRL grabs some of them then it is not a disaster for the international game, though it will make Super League unquestionably a second class competition compared to the NRL. The key is for England and France to expand geographically to tap currently dormant sources of juniors, from whom the SL clubs can maintain a talent stream.

It's been increased by around £150k in the last couple of years with certain exemptions.
This is a very schizophrenic message board. We go from "clubs are suffering financially and need help" one day to "we need to let clubs spend more" the next.
I don't remember in detail but didnt only 2 or 3 clubs make a profit in the last set of accounts?

There are few places in the world as lovely as the water view parts of Vaucluse, Darling Point and Elizabeth Bay in the eastern suburbs, and Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and Milson's Point in the lower northern suburbs. However rugby league players seem to never aspire to live there, prefering instead the ocean side suburbs, where they can surf, like Coogee, where I believe the Burgess brothers live, as did Adrian Morley before them.'"
Right I said the nicest area's IMO seeing as I actually live here, are either the the Northern Beaches or down Cronulla way (where I am actually moving to in a few weeks if that's ok with you) including some fantastic waterside suburbs down the Georges River. So where does Bondi fit into that? Or Coogee? When did I suggest that? Im pretty sure there in the Eastern Suburbs and as I said before its not my favorite area as I think its ridiculously over priced and most areas aren't that nice anyway.
You need to understand that people can have their own opinions are where is best to live in Sydney. Many would agree with me just like many would disagree with. Doesn't make either right hence the term 'opinion'.

[iSalary Cap
How does it work?
The NRL Salary Cap for 2012 is $4.4m for the 25 highest paid players at each club. If each player was paid an equal amount, they would get $176,000 each.
Each club can exercise its discretion in relation to how much individual players are paid, providing that total payments do not exceed the various salary caps.
In addition to the $4.4m Salary Cap for top 25 players, each club may spend up to an additional $350,000 on players outside the top 25 who play in the NRL competition.
In 2008 the NRL introduced a new competition for players 20 years and under. Known as the Toyota Cup Under 20s Competition. It has a Salary Cap of $250,000 for the top 20 players who qualify for the Toyota Cup and do not sit in a club’s top 25 Salary Cap.
In addition to the Salary Cap for the top 20 Toyota Cup players, each club can spend an additional $50,000 on players outside the Toyota Cup top 20 who qualify and play in the Toyota Cup.
Note: There is a further $100,000 that is paid by the NRL to each club that goes to the player Retirement/RLPA fund. Most put this as part of the Salary Cap commitment which is why some credit the Cap as $4.4m and some as $4.5m.

I love the abundance of seaweed that appears in that picture. When you are swimming, seaweed feels so nice underfoot! The poor Aussies at Whale Beach and similar Sydney locales have to endure crystal clear waters with a water temperature of 21C in the summer.

I get what you are saying but its important to note that the NRL salary cap isnt anywhere near £6.4 million in 2014. It will be $6.3 million which is roughly £4.25 million, still considerably more than the cap here but not as much as you indicate.

BS. Roosters CEO has stated publicly already that they are not interested.
They are grooming Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, who by 2015 will be one of the top 5 full backs in the world.

Simply because despite his disciplinary problems he is still a very destructive runner who can create something out of nothing.
Regardless of the way things ended at Wigan he was looking back to his very best following his drug-ban.

Can you post a link to this, as you keep banging on about it, even though the Roosters Recruitment manager has publicly stated they would be interested just like most of the NRL teams and it would be far from the first time a CEO has denied something and then it happens. He has been linked with many teams, but unlike many I don't believe much I read in the media.
I think RL fans have lost track of the amount of times we have heard of a player being groomed for the next big thing only to disappear a few years later. Whilst im not saying that any of this is true or will happen I would just love to know how you think you know so much.
